Partner Workout

4 rounds for time of:
Single Dumbbell Farmers Carry, 50/35 lbs, 200 m
20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches, 50/35 lbs
20 Dumbbell Box Step-ups, 50/35 lbs

Partners take turns carrying the dumbbell on the Farmers Carry. Partners work one at a time and share the reps on the Dumbbell Snatches and Box Step-ups
