Partner Workout

For time:
Run, 800 m
60 Kettlebell Swings, 1/1.5 pood
Run, 400 m
40 Kettlebell Swings, 1/1.5 pood
Run, 200 m
20 Kettlebell Swings, 1/1.5 pood

Partners run together. Partners share the reps on the KB Swings. One partner works at a time on the KB Swings.
