For time:
5 rounds of:
10 Strict Pull-ups
20 Sandbag Step Ups, 40/30 lbs
30 Sandbag Burpee Snatches, 40/30 lbs
— then —
Ruck Run, 40/30 lbs, 800 m

Partner Instructions
One partner works at a time. Partners share the reps. Partners Ruck Run together taking turns carrying the sandbag.

If you have a 20/14 vest, wear it.
