Partner Workout

As many reps as possible in 20 mins of:
1 Wall Ball, 20/14 lbs
1 Pull-up
2 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
2 Pull-ups
3 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
3 Pull-ups

Continue adding 1 rep each round to each movement until time expires.

Partner 1: 1 Wall Ball, 1 Pull-up
Partner 2: 2 Wall Balls, 2 Pull-ups
Partner 1: 3 Wall Balls, 3 Pull-ups
Partner 2: 4 Wall Balls, 4 Pull-ups…

continuing in this manner for 20 minutes.
