Partner Workout

Complete as many rounds as possible in 24 mins of:
8 Ground-to-Standing Rope Climbs
24 Lunges
24 AbMat Sit-ups
Dumbbell Farmers Carry, 35/25 lbs, 200 m

One partner works at a time. Partners share the reps. Partners walk together on the Farmer Carry and take turns carrying the dumbbells.
