Partner Workout

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
10 Lunges
20 Row Calories
Deadlift Hold, 135/95 lbs, 30 secs

Each Partner completes one movement at a time, leapfrogging over each movement. For example:
P1: 10 Lunges
P2: 20 Cal Row
P1: Deadlift Hold
P2: 10 Lunges
P1: 20 Cal Row
P2: Deadlift Hold
and so on…
