5 rounds for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 AbMat Sit-ups
50 Air Squats

In teams of four, two teammates work at a time in synchronized movement. Only one set of two teammates can work at a time. Each set of two teammates shares the reps with the other set of two. Pull-ups must be synchronized at the top, Push-ups synchronized at the top, Abmat Sit-ups in the up position and Air Squats at the top position.
