Split Jerk 3-3-3-3-3

3 rounds for time of:
30 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood
10 Kettlebell Lunges, 1.5/1 pood
5 Kettlebell Goblet Squats, 1.5/1 pood

Optional Sprint Work:
Tabata Sprint

The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed
by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the total distance performed in all of the intervals.

Use a running app with timer and GPS,
