Team Tire Flipping

For time:
20 Tire Flips, 365 lbs
Run, 200 m
120 Air Squats
20 Tire Flips, 365 lbs
Run, 200 m
120 AbMat Sit-ups
20 Tire Flips, 365 lbs
Run, 200 m
120 Burpees

In teams of 3, flip the tire as a team, in pairs or in singles, run together, then divide the squats, sit-ups and Burpees among each other. 20 minute cap.
