Partner Workout

With a continously running clock perform:
1 Thruster, 95/65 lbs and 1 Pull-up in the first 1 min
2 Thrusters, 95/65 lbs and 2 Pull-ups in the second 1 min
3 Thrusters, 95/65 lbs and 3 Pull-ups in the third 1 min

Minute 1: Partner 1 does 1 Thruster and 1 Pull-up, while Partner 2 does 1 Pull-up and 1 Thruster.

Minute 2: Partner 1 does 2 Thrusters and 2 Pull-ups, while Partner 2 does 2 Pull-ups and 2 Thrusters.

Minute 3: Partner 1 does 3 Thrusters and 3 Pull-ups, while Partner 2 does 3 Pull-ups and 3 Thrusters…

Continuing this for as long as you are able.
