50 Double Unders
15 Overhead Squats, 95/65 lb

Target time is 9 minutes or less. Scale the number of reps or weight if needed to accomplish this.

Every 1 min for 7 mins do:
Front Scale, 10 secs
Front Scale, 10 secs
Back Scale, 10 secs
Back Scale, 10 secs
