10 Dumbbell Goblet Lunges, 50/35 lbs
1 Rope Climb, 15 ft

3 rounds for time of:
Front Plank, 30 secs
Right Side Plank, 30 secs
Left Side Plank, 30 secs
Back Plank, 30 secs
