If you have never done CrossFit before you can choose to take our CrossFit Foundations Course first before jumping into regular classes. The Foundations Course will teach you how to perform the basic movements of CrossFit in an easy, slow and controlled setting. We will concentrate on form and technique first before adding any weight or speed to the movements. Also covered will be the basic nutrition and principles that will help you through your fitness journey. You will graduate the Foundations Course with the knowledge and skills necessary for the regular classes.
