My passion is to share the gift of being healthy and feeling confident. Not just outward appearances, but feeling good on the inside and outside. With a healthy lifestyle, anything is possible. When you move intentionally, sweat more, and connect with like-minded individuals who want to see you succeed, you are unstoppable in the pursuit of your goals.

In my own life, I wanted so badly to feel more confident about myself after struggling with my own weight for as long as I can remember. I wanted to be healthier, I just didn’t know “how.” I’ve learned that you cannot rely on willpower alone to help you reach your goals, it takes skills and discipline. Being healthy does not have to be complicated. By starting with small changes and creating new habits, it is possible to stay consistent and make healthy living a lifestyle. Let me show you how you can have the fit, healthy body and mind you want, while still enjoying all the fun things in life. Through many years of ups, and downs, both physically and emotionally, I’ve finally found the balance of living a healthy lifestyle, feeling confident, and enjoying the sweet things in life. As a mom of two boys, finding this balance has been a true blessing, that allows me to feel my best and in return, I can be the best for my family.

I never dreamed that helping others reach their health and fitness goals would be my passion. Using my own struggles and successes, building strength, confidence, and feeling good, is something I want to share. My certifications include National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Athletics and Fitness Association of America Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and completion of the Science and Practice of Macronutrients program from Precision Nutrition.

My approach to proper nutrition is rooted in the principles of macronutrient tracking. Macronutrients are the building blocks of most of the food we eat, like protein, fats, and carbohydrates.Tracking your macronutrients will ensure you are fueling your body with the proper balance of nutrients to support, reach, and sustain your goals.
