The 2021 Nutrition Challenge Ends this Week!

If you are participating in the challenge come in early to weigh in and get your pictures taken. Then do the Challenge Workout:

AMRAP in 7 minutes of:
7 Thrusters, 45 lbs
7 Burpees

Every 1 min for 10 mins, alternating between:
Hollow Hold, 30 secs
Plank Hold, 30 secs
