Thursday Open Gym

Come in to do a workout or work on a skill. Suggested workout:

Power Snatch + Overhead Squat + Snatch Balance + Hang Snatch 1-1-1-1-1

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.
