Row for Calories, 1 minute
Abmat Sit-ups, 1 minute
Rest 1 minute.

Scale with 35/26 lbs

Four rounds for time of:
20 Dumbbell Swings
200 meter Run
20 Sit-ups (use a folded towel for an abmat)
Rest 1 minute.
