Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 Dumbbell Devil Press, 50/35 lbs
10 Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Lunges, 50/35 lbs
10 Single Dumbbell Box Step Ups, 24/20″
Scale with light dumbbells.
Active Recovery or skill work.
Do the above WOD! If your dumbbells are lighter than the above weights, you can scale up by doing more than 10 reps each. But keep the same 12 minute time domain, this will force you to train in the glycolytic energy pathway that most of our workouts require. If you don’t have dumbbells use water jugs, duffel bags filled with books, etc. Use your imagination!
