For time:
Run 1 mile
100 Burpees
200 Sit-ups
300 Air Squats
Run 1 mile

Partition the Burpees, Sit-ups and Air Squats any way you want. You can also scale it down to half the reps, or share the reps with a partner to make it a partner workout.

If you have 20/14 lb vest, wear it.
