Split Jerk

Split jerk 1-1-1-1-1

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
7 Burpees
1 Rope Climb, 15 feet
7 Box Jumps, 24/20″

Scale with modified Rope Climbs and 20″ box step ups.

Because many people may elect to stay at home until the COVID-19 outbreak subsides, we will be posting At-Home Workouts that you can do. These will require little or no equipment. If anything, a good pair of dumbbells at moderate weight would be needed. But you can substitute with gallon jugs or duffel bags filled with books, papers, etc. Here is the first one. All the other At-Home workouts will be posted on Beyond the Whiteboard. Instructional videos will be posted in our private Facebook Group as needed.

At-Home Workout:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Burpees
10 Bent over dumbbell rows (or use other weights like water jugs, duffel bags filled with books, etc.)
10 Step ups on a box or equivilant such as step stool or the second step of a stairway.
