With a partner, complete for time:

20/14 lb Wall Balls
Abmat Sit-ups

Partner 1 completes 12 Wall Balls while Partner 2 completes 12 sit-ups, then partners switch and Partner 1 does 12 sit-ups while Partner 2 does 12 Wall Balls. After the 12’s are completed then the partners continue in the same fashion to complete the remaining rep rounds.
