Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes:
3 Strict Pull-ups
6 Shoulder presses, 75/55 lbs
9 Back Squats, 75/55 lbs

One partner completes a round while the other rests. Partners switch after each round.

Scaled:
3 Seated Pull-ups
6 Shoulder presses, 45/30 lbs
9 Back Squats, 45/30 lbs
