Week 5 Lifestyle Challenges

Week 5 Health Challenge: Fill at least one tall kitchen trash bag with old clothes, shoes and any other unwanted items to donate to charity and bring it to that charity.

Week 5 Physical Challenge: Do the Deck of Cards Workout on your own, not at Caliber. Take a deck of cards, discard the Jokers and shuffle it. Aces are 1, numbered cards are as valued, Jack is 11, Queen is 12, King is 13. Flip each card and perform the movement and the number of reps specified. Go through the whole deck and record your time.

Hearts: Squats
Diamonds: ­Sit-ups (use folded towel for an abmat)
Clubs: Push-ups
Spades: Burpees
