Climbing the Scales

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
8 Back Squats, 135/95 lbs
1 Rope Climb

Scale with: 95/65 lbs and Modified Rope Climb.
Must clean the bar from the floor to start the Back Squats.

Four rounds for quality of:
Front Scales, 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off.
Back Scales, 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off.
