Week 3 Health Challenge: From Monday, January 27, at 12:00 AM to Saturday, February 1, at 11:59 PM do not drink any beverages containing sugar, carbonated water or alcohol.
Week 3 Physical Challenge: Complete 30 minutes of SLIPS (Scales, L-sits, Inversions, Planks and Stretching). It can be done all in one session or it can be broken up in small sessions any way you want. Any SLIPS assigned in class does not count.
