Winter Lifestyle Challenge Week 2

Week 2 Health Challenge: Get at least 30 minutes of mindfulness during the week. It can be broken up in small sessions in any way you want.

Week 2 Physical Challenge: 2. Complete 30 Burpees a day, at least five times this week.

Post accomplishments of these challenges publicly on Facebook or Instagram accompanied by the following hashtags to receive credit:
