
Physical Challenge: Accumulate at least one hour of outdoor activity during the week. This can include walking, running, ice skating, playing sports, etc. It cannot include activities related to work or housework like snow shoveling, car maintenance or repair, taking down holiday decorations, etc.
Health Challenge: Eat at least five meals during the week seated at a table specifically made for consuming food, without being occupied by any electronic devices or work related activity. Eating with family or friends is ideal.
