Partner Workout

We had a great time doing 20.4 with FTX CrossFit last night!

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
100 double-unders
4 minutes holding a handstand
70 AbMat sit-ups

Partners share the reps. One partner works at a time.

Scaled:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
300 Single Unders
4 minutes 25/20 lbs Dumbbells Shoulder Press Hold
70 AbMat sit-ups
