Men: 65 lb.
Women: 45 lb.

Squat clean each rep.

Post:
Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes:
20 second Front Scale Hold, alternate legs every other minute.

Then,
Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes:
20 second Back Scale Hold, alternate legs every other minute.
