10 Single arm dumbbell overhead lunges, 50/35 lbs
1 rope climb, 15-ft. rope

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
6 Alternating Single arm Dumbbell snatches, 25/20 lbs
10 Single arm dumbbell overhead lunges, 25/20 lbs
1 Modified rope climb
