Practice the Clean and Jerk for good form for 15 minutes with light to medium weight.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
10 Shoulder Touches
10 Burpees
10 Weighted Box Step ups, 50/35 lbs dumbbell, 24/20″ box

Scale with Plank Shoulder Touches, light dumbbell, and 20″ box
