Murph

Come in to celebrate and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the service of our country. We’ll be doing:

Murph

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the Pull-ups, Push-ups and Squats any way you want. If you have a 20/14 lb vest, wear it.

You can also scale it down to your fitness level and abilities: do a Half Murph, 1/3 Murph or share the reps with a partner.

Afterwards we’ll grill up some food and celebrate! Friends and family welcome!
