With a partner, complete the following for time:
Run, 800 m together with a 20/14 lb medball
100 partner Sit-up medball tosses
Run, 400 m together with a 20/14 lb medball
100 partner medball clean and throw
Run, 200 m together with a 20/14 lb medball
100 partner Burpees
