Beginning at 1, and proceeding like the song “12 Days of Christmas,” (1 C&J, 2 DL, 1 C&J, 3 Thrusters, 2 DL, 1 C&J, etc)

1. Clean & Jerk
2. Deadlifts
3. Thrusters
4. Push Press
5. Back squat
6. OHS (sub front squats)
7. Snatches
8. Lateral Burpees
9. plank ups
10. second plank hold
11. push ups
12. turkish get ups

Use a 95/65 lb bar and a 35/25 lb Dumbbell.
