Snatch balance 3-3-3-3-3
Scaled: Clean drops 3-3-3-3-3

As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of the following complex:
Deadlift
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push press
Back Squat
Push press

Use a 95/65 lb bar.

Accelerate:

For 20 minutes perform:
Overhead Lunges with medball, 30 seconds
Single unders, 30 seconds
Weighted sit-ups with medball, 30 seconds
Burpees, 30 seconds
