Rush

3 rounds of:
3 minutes of Pull-ups
3 minutes of Squats
3 minutes of Push-ups
3 minutes to Row 400 meters

Wear a 20/14 vest. After the row, rest for the remainder of the 3 minutes before beginning the next round.

Record total reps.

Scaled and Accelerate: do the same workout above modifying the movements as needed.
