Run 800 meters with a 20/14lb. medicine ball
20 Burpee box jump overs, 24/20″
2 Rope Climbs
Run 400 meters with a 20/14lb. medicine ball
10 Burpee box jump overs, 24/20″
1 Rope Climb

Scaled 2:
Do the above with modified Rope Climbs

Scaled 1 and Accelerate:
For time:
Run 800 meters with a 14/10lb. medicine ball
20 Burpee box jump overs, 20″
30 Ring rows
Run 400 meters with a 14/10lb. medicine ball
10 Burpee box jump overs, 20″
20 Ring rows
Run 200 meters with a 14/10lb. medicine ball
5 Burpee box jump overs, 20″
10 Ring rows
