Hang power clean 3-3-3-3-3-3-3

As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
7 Thrusters, 45 lbs
7 Burpees

Accelerate:

For 20 minutes perform:
Overhead Lunges with medball, 30 seconds
Single unders, 30 seconds
Weighted sit-ups with medball, 30 seconds
Burpees, 30 seconds
