Run 400 meters with 2/1.5 pood Kettlebell

Scaled:

For time:
Run 800 meters with 15/10 lb dummbbell
Run 400 meters with 20/15 lb dumbbell
Run 200 meters with 25/20 lb dumbbell

Accelerate:

For 15 minutes:
Run 400 meters
20 Walking Lunge Steps
