Partner Workout

With a partner complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

Partner 1:
One round of:
10 Burpees
10 Sit-ups
10 One arm Dumbell Snatches, 50/35 lbs, alternating arms

Partner 2:
400 meter Run with a 20/14 lb medball.

Then partners switch places.
