Memorial Day Murph

Join us to honor our fallen heroes on Memorial Day Weekend. We will be doing “Murph” on Saturday, May 26 at 9:30 AM. Stay after for the celebrations and barbeque. Bring your friends!

“Murph”

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile Run

If you have a 20/14 lb vest, wear it.

You can partition the Pull-ups, Push-ups and Air Squats any way you want. You can do the workout Rx’d, or you can do a Half Murph or share the reps with a partner.
