Partner Workout

Each partner takes a turn in executing the following round:

5 Deadlifts
5 Hang cleans
5 Push presses
5 Back Squats

Rx: Use a 95/65 lb bar.
Scaled: Use a 65/45 lb bar.

Do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
