Heavy AMRAP 7

As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
7 Thrusters, 95/65 lbs
7 Burpees

Three rounds of:
5 Negative Pull-ups
5 Negative Ring Dips

This is not for time. Beginners and Intermediates do Negative Ring rows and Box dips for 3-5 second durations. Advanced do 10 second negatives.
