Row for calories, 1 minute
Ring dips, 1 minute
Abmat Sit-ups, 1 minute

Caliber Accelerate:

For 20 minutes, do:
15 Russian Twists
15 Jumping Jacks
15 Abmat Situps
15 Air Squats
15 Push-ups
then repeat
