10 Knee raises
10 Broad Jumps
10 Burpees
10 Ball Slams

Caliber Accelerate:

Ten rounds of:
12” Step-ups, 20 seconds as fast as you can/10 seconds rest
Kettlebell Swings, 20 seconds as fast as you can/10 seconds rest
High Knees, 20 seconds as fast as you can/10 seconds rest
Burpees, 20 seconds as fast as you can/10 seconds rest
