Caliber Accelerate High Intensity Boot Camp
Caliber Accelerate classes are high intensity cardiovascular training classes without the heavy barbell and complex weightlifting movements. Each day the workout is different using bodyweight movements such as jumping, rowing, plyometrics, light medicine balls, dumbbells and kettlebells. Here, proper form and technique is paramount. The class starts with a warm-up and specific stretching, then the movements are thoroughly reviewed and practiced before the actual workout begins. The workouts themselves are intense and fast-paced, lasting 20 to 30 minutes long. The class meets three times a week on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm and is limited to 12 students at a time.
