Veterans Day Triple Murph

Come in to honor our military veterans and support our triple Murphers! We’ll start the first wave at about 9 AM and second about 30 minutes later. Bring a friend to do it with you individually or to share the reps with you as a team. We’ll be having a party and barbeque afterward. Here’s what the workout entails:

Murph

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the Pull-ups, Push-ups and Air Squats any way you want. If you have body armor or a 20/14 lb vest, wear it.

Those who intend to do a Triple Murph will start at about 9:00 AM. The Triple Murph is:

Three rounds for time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile Run

The first Murph is completed with a weight vest and the remaining two Muprhs are done without it.
