Go faster, go harder. If you don’t like running, run more. If you don’t like lifting, lift more. If you don’t mobilize daily, start now. If you don’t like Overhead Squats, learn what you need to do to get better at them and do it. Stop wasting time at Open Gym doing only the things you are good at. You’ll get better at what you do best and suck more at what you suck at. Face your fears. Be honest with yourself. Tackle your weaknesses. Eat better, more often. Cheat less. Drink less. If you don’t know where to start then ask your coach. If you don’t know how to start then ask your coach. It’s time to get uncomfortable.
