As many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
500 meter Row (each 10 m equals one rep)
25 Thrusters, 45/35 lbs
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups

L2: Pull-ups
L1: 35/15 lbs and Ring rows

Then,
Snatch, 5 reps, every minute on the minute for five minutes. Record load.

101:
Practice the Air Squat, Front Squat and Overhead Squat with PVC

Then,

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
15 Single Unders
15 Wall Ball Shots
15 Sit-ups
