25/15 lb One arm dumbbell Snatch, 10 reps alternating arms
200 meter Sprint

101:
Practice the Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull and Medball Clean

Then,

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
15 Paralette Jump Overs
15 Knee Raises
15 Ground to Overhead, 14/10 lb medballs
